    Campaign Associate

    Description:
    e-Dialog UK is looking for an ambitious, energetic individual who can manage projects and multi-task with ease. This role is similar to an account executive role.
    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and facilitate email production.
    Set up email campaigns.
    Develop, Maintain, and Manage mailing schedules.
    Perform QA duties.
    Coordinate proof reviews and any necessary changes.
    Manage projects related to email campaigns and prepare status reports
    Foster relationships on a client and production level

    Required Qualifications:
    Candidate Requirements
    Summary of Required Skills:
    1-2 years’ related full-time work experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organisational skills.
    Exceptional project management skills, including: strong inter-personal skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with project management tools.
    High level problem solving skills with a proactive approach
    Strong attention to detail
    Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), HTML is a bonus.
    Interest in and demonstrated aptitude for learning tech tools.
    Able to work both independently and as part of a growing team.
    Aptitude for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and team members
    Hard working, possess an exceptional work ethic with the ability to get things done in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.

    Account Manager

    Client Management and Development
    Manage the relationship, facilitate optimum communication and issue resolution.
    Direct all projects related to each client.
    Define and develop e-Mail Marketing Strategies.
    Retain and grow existing business.
    Develop and deliver proposals, including business cases for investment.

    Required Qualifications:

    Very good understanding of e-technologies ‘ ideally email marketing technologies.
    Likely to come from a senior marketing (ideally direct and/or digital marketing) position within a client organization or from an Agency background.
    An aptitude for the digital market and technology.
    Self starter.
    Willingness to roll up sleeves.
    Team player.
    Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

    Senior Campaign Developer

    Description:
    e-Dialog UK is looking for an ambitious, hard working individual who can manage projects and multi-task with ease. At e-Dialog, you will work with an impressive stable of clients to produce their email campaigns using our proprietary systems.

    Responsibilities:
    Our associates work closely with other members of the production team to produce permission-based e-mails for our clients.

    Specific duties include:
    ‘ Setting up multiformat, multivariable mailings using in-house tools
    ‘ Implementing changes to email proofs; editing HTML
    ‘ Gaining understanding of client programmes
    ‘ Working closely with creative services, account teams, data and engineering
    ‘ Troubleshooting and proactively solving problems
    ‘ Taking on the technical challenges of the office
    ‘ Supporting other production efforts as needed

    PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a design position, we are looking for a HTML skilled individual. If you can think in HTML, enjoy trouble shooting and problem solving, understand the concepts behind programming principles and relational databases, and prefer an entrepreneurial environment, we would like to hear from you.

    Required Qualifications:
    The successful candidate will be inquisitive and hungry to learn.
    As a self-starter, you will delve into our systems with little direction to understand our tools and processes and how to troubleshoot them. You will manage efficiencies around standard production engagements, job scheduling & queues, maintain ongoing production documentation, and execute procedures to meet deadlines on-time/on-budget/on-target.

    Day-to-day skills include a very strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment to deliver the highest quality and timely solutions for our clients.

    Requirements:
    ‘ University degree or equivalent in IT, digital media production, multimedia or a related discipline.
    ‘ Exposure to development concepts of data-driven web-based applications.
    ‘ A good knowledge of HTML and familiarity with DreamWeaver.
    ‘ Familiarity with developing HTML for email campaigns a plus.
    ‘ A strong understanding of the concepts behind relational databases and scripting principles (Plus if you have: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server development experience, ColdFusion, PHP, JSP, ASP, Perl)
    ‘ Desire and aptitude to learn additional tools a must.
    ‘ A good eye for detail and a general understanding of design principles to support the preparation of mailings and the QA process.
    ‘ Very strong HTML-skills and an interest in supporting a fast-paced production environment.
    ‘ Maturity, pro activity, and ability to work both independently, and as part of a growing team and of course, a great attitude are a must.

    Campaign Manager

    e-Dialog, a leading e-mail marketing agency based in Central London, is looking for a Campaign Manager. One thing’s for sure, as a Campaign Manager you’ll never get bored.

    In our fast-paced environment you need to be able to think on your feet. That’s because you’ll be managing a team as well as all aspects of a client’s campaign, from inception to execution. You’ll be liaising with designers, the production department and the account team, so you’ll need to be clear on your process and communicate your requirements clearly. It’s up to you to make sure deadlines and standards are met.

    Key roles and responsibilities include:

    Campaign planning and implementation

    Resource allocation

    Line management of a small team of campaign associates; staff development

    Proactively reviewing our production process and proposing ways to optimise it

    Being a key member of the account team, supporting and managing the delivery of campaigns

    Managing internal processes to ensure all stakeholders—designers, developers, account teams—are informed of activities

    Ensure that campaigns are managed smoothly, on budget, on scope, on time

    Working closely with the client to provide gather briefs, provide status, and communicate other issues

    Developing and maintaining records about campaign activity

    We are looking for someone who’s quick, extremely organised, enjoys interacting with others, handles stress well, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done

    Experience and skills required:

    Essential:

    Credible experience in a fast-paced production environment

    Demonstrated experience managing a small team

    Superb organisational, time management, and prioritisation ability

    Project and delivery management fundamentals

    Strong attention to detail

    Excellent communication skills

    Desire to work for a leading email marketing agency

    Desirable:

    Knowledge of email and digital marketing a huge plus, including email development and management
