With expanding clients and new clients coming on board we are continuing our growth through 2008. To capitalise on these opportunities we are looking for a Programme Manager to work within our Professional Services Team, directly with our clients and also liaise internally with our Creative, Production, Analytics and Engineering Teams. Whilst Programme Managers are able to rely on subject matter experts to architect complex data and technology projects, the successful candidate will have an aptitude for technology and a desire to understand the potential of data in a digital marketing environment.

The successful candidate will have significant and credible experience in a email marketing position within a client organisation or from an agency background. This experience would ideally be gained within digital marketing arena but strong candidates with good Project Management experience within a creative environment are also encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications:
Personal Attributes
‘ Degree qualified, preferably with marketing, communications or project management qualifications.
‘ Demonstrated experience in an agency, email and/or direct marketing environment.
‘ Demonstrated ability to be accountable for part or all of client relationships with limited supervision.
‘ Project management experience with a good understanding of results driven marketing.
‘ Demonstrate an aptitude for technology through formal education, strong personal interest or work experience.
‘ Multi-tasker with excellent prioritisation and task management skills
